All orders send from "Tokyo Shadow" will be do with special care of the items, you will have a great item in a good shipping packatge.

The total shipping price will be show in the shipping method selection page before process your order. All info from now is for your inforamtion only.

All orders from "Tokyo Shadow" will be ship by "Correos España". Different methods are:

Europa, USA and JAPAN:

-Airmail: Cheaper option for shipping out Spain. From 350grs till 1Kg the prices is the same. Fees are different for Europe and the rest of the world. In case of EEUU and Japan from 1Kg to 2Kg will be ship by -Paquete internacional economico- system since fees are better. In this mode of shipping "Tokyo Shadow" do not take any responsibility of loose, stolen or incidences. Is the client, with their selection, who take care of any responsibility. But we never had any trouble with this shipping option. With this option any item is in about 2 weeks in destination arround the world.

-Certified Airmail: More secure option for international shipping since it is certified and delivery after signature. From 350grs till 1Kg the price is the same. Fees are different for Europe and the rest of the world. In this mode of shipping "Tokyo Shadow" do not take any responsibility of loose, stolen or incidences. Is the client, with their selection, who take care of any responsibility. But we never had any trouble with this shipping option. With this option any item is in about 2 weeks in destination arround the world.

-EMS: By now this option is not enable, sorry. In future will be on.

-Paquete Azul

-Carta Certificada

-Postal Express (EMS)

RETURNS

-After receive your item, do you have 7 days to do any claim. Remember that if you claim about anything was in this rules or at item description we do not have it in consideration. If your claim is right and a item must be return to us, we will send to you a "return number" that you must include in your item packatge went you return it to us. All return charges/fees are pay by the user. Please, have it on mind and ask us any question about item before order it if you do nott be sure of all info.
