About the e-shop:

- Do you need to have in mind that www.tokyoshadow.com not is a shop or similar, we are a group of users that are selling games from their own and personal collections. All transactions are from user to user. Please, have it on mind ever.

About products:

All games are in mint condition but we understand did you read and accept the game description and this rules before order froms us. All questions are wellcome but claim about anything that is explanate in this rules or in game description will be refuse. All games in "Tokyo Shadow" are japanese (if the game description do not say other thing) adn 100% original. By this, be sure do you have the system or the modifications to play japanese NTSC games. For PAL games be sure your system support PAL system.

-All products are tested and checked again before send. With this we send a perfect condition item.

Payment Methods

Paypal:

For international orders. You can pay us from your Paypal account to our Paypal account ( paypal@tokyoshadow.com ). When you have your shopping cart ready and after checkout it you will be redirect to a Secure page (check that this page start with https://) to make the payment trought your Paypal account. All Paypal payments include 4% of total for Paypal fees. Payment by Paypal is inmediate, by this your order will be process more fast.

- By now, we do not accept direct payment by Credit Card.

Shipping:

-From "Tokyo Shadow" do not ship to all countryes. If after checkout your shopping cart you can read that any of shipping choises are avalaible for destination, we do not ship to your country. If you want, you can send e-mail to us to chek if possible send it.

-Orders are ship in 24/48 hours after payment verification from us.

-Shipping time can chance by the country and zone you are. You can see near to the shipping selection. We don not take responsability in case of delay since it is competence of the currier company (Correos España).

-In case of not certified shipping, "Tokyo Shadow" do not ttake any responsibility of loose, stolen or incidences. Is the user, with their selection, who take care of any responsibility. But we never had any troubles with this sipping options. (check Shipping and Returns for mor info)

Returns:

-After receive your item, do you have 7 days to do any claim. Remember that if you claim about anything was in this rules or at item description we do not have it in consideration. If your claim is right and a item must be return to us, we will send to you a "return number" that you must include in your item packatge went you return it to us. All return charges/fees are pay by the user. Please, have it on mind and ask us any question about item before order it if you do not be sure of all info.
